A TMA member on a monthly payment contract may cancel their membership by giving one calendar month’s written notice. Such notice may be given at any time after the first 3 months date of commencement of the membership.
If the contract includes a monthly payment, no refund or partial refund of the monthly fee can be made. The monthly payments will then be stopped 1 calendar month after the written notice is received by TMA on the date next payment is due.
For cancellations of an annual membership where the full payment has been made in advance, a refund cannot be processed but the remaining months of the membership can be transferred to a nominee of your choice.
Membership cannot be frozen but you but your massage minutes will never expire so you can either have a longer massage the following month or gift it to a member of the same household. A client consultation must be completed by that person before any treatment will be provided.
All memberships (including annual payments) will automatically renew yearly at the current rate, unless cancelled with one complete calendar month’s written notice.
If you wish to add on additional massages/treatments in any month you will receive these at your preferred membership rate.
Protecting our therapist and practitioners
We reserve the right to cancel a member or guest in the event of any disturbing or unreasonable behaviour such as: intoxication, physical or verbal abuse, comments or suggestions of a sexual nature towards our therapists. If any breach or misconduct is witnessed by our therapist the treatments will cease immediately.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any treatment booking that is not within the next 24 hours without stating a reason.
Group bookings for half day and full day chair massage require a minimum of 3 days’ notice. A 50% charge will be made in the event of cancellation and the full 100% fee will be applied if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the booking.
Massage and Treatments Cancellations Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel or change your appointment, to avoid a 100 % cancellation charge. To cancel your appointment, do so online or by phone. A credit card number is required as guarantee for all treatment bookings. No charge will be incurred if you reschedule or cancel you’re appointment booking is not in the next 24 hours.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. A valid gift card needs to be presented at the time of use, and mentioned at the time of booking if for a treatment. Gift cards are non-refundable.
